Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through omumahevutuprxu.store by consumers and business customers.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order the customer makes a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices and include statutory Norwegian VAT (MVA); shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering, by the means offered at checkout.

Installation and use

We sell fixtures and cabins; we do not install them. Plumbing and electrical connections — including a steam shower's generator — must be carried out by a qualified plumber or electrician, and any work affecting the building's water or electrical systems should follow local building notification rules. Dimensions and output figures stated on a listing are the design figures for the product and do not replace a site check.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address given by the customer. Shipping costs and delivery times are stated in the Shipping Policy.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and statutory liability for defects under the Consumer Purchases Act; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

Norwegian law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.

Consumer dispute resolution

Consumers may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) or the Consumer Disputes Board (Forbrukerklageutvalget) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
