Corniche 516 Offset Quadrant Enclosure, 1200 × 800 mm

Built for a hotel room bathroom refreshed between seasons, Corniche 516 takes 6 mm safety glass throughout — thinner glass flexes and eventually leaks at the seals.

The tray sits on adjustable feet, which is what actually copes with a floor that isn't perfectly level.

The frame is tempered glass: 6 mm toughened glass with solid brass fittings under a chrome plate, which resists the pitting that plated steel eventually shows. It outlives the reason it usually gets replaced, which is a bathroom remodel, not a failed part.

Care

Squeegee the glass after each use and wipe the tray dry — standing water on a tray is what eventually stains grout and silicone.
