Draxo 751 Freestanding Bathtub Filler Tap

Built for a hotel room bathroom refreshed between seasons, Draxo 751 is finished the same on every surface, since a freestanding tub is seen from every angle.

It is matte black brass: solid brass under a PVD matte black finish, which doesn't wear through to a different colour underneath the way plated finishes can.

Internal parts are brass throughout, even where the outside is finished in another metal — that's what stops it seizing after a few years of hard water. It outlives the reason it usually gets replaced, which is a bathroom remodel, not a failed part.

Care

Wipe down after use; a hard-water area benefits from a monthly descale to keep flow and finish both intact.
