Nordvane 859 Double-Slipper Freestanding Bathtub, 180 cm

Nordvane 859 is 210 litres, raised at both ends, fits two — the litre figure is what a soak actually needs, not the outside footprint.

It is built in acrylic: a reinforced acrylic shell, warm to the touch and light enough for two people to carry up a stairwell.

Delivery arrives crated on a pallet; two people are needed to move it into the room, ideally before the last stud wall goes up. The wear parts are the seals, the rollers and the hinges, and all three are stock spares, not the frame around them.

Care

Wipe down after use and avoid abrasive cleaners on acrylic or stone resin — they dull the finish permanently. Cast iron and copper only need occasional polishing to keep their look.
