Glasscape 400 Quadrant Shower Enclosure, 900 × 900 mm

Built for an ensuite off a main bedroom, Glasscape 400 takes 6 mm safety glass throughout — thinner glass flexes and eventually leaks at the seals.

The tray sits on adjustable feet, which is what actually copes with a floor that isn't perfectly level.

The frame is tempered glass: 6 mm toughened glass with solid brass fittings under a chrome plate, which resists the pitting that plated steel eventually shows. The wear parts are the seals, the rollers and the hinges, and all three are stock spares, not the frame around them.

Care

Squeegee the glass after each use and wipe the tray dry — standing water on a tray is what eventually stains grout and silicone.
