Ondrina 663 Oval Freestanding Bathtub, 170 cm

Set up in a renovation where the old suite came out down to the studs, Ondrina 663 plumbs in with a freestanding filler rather than deck-mounted taps, which is what keeps the sides clean.

Delivery arrives crated on a pallet; two people are needed to move it into the room, ideally before the last stud wall goes up.

It is built in acrylic: a reinforced acrylic shell, warm to the touch and light enough for two people to carry up a stairwell. Ten years of daily use leaves a door seal or a roller tired long before the glass or the tub itself gives up.

Care

Wipe down after use and avoid abrasive cleaners on acrylic or stone resin — they dull the finish permanently. Cast iron and copper only need occasional polishing to keep their look.
